Dawn VMEbus VMEBPXXJ2 and BPXXJ3 backplanes are available in sizes fromthree to 21 slots. VMEBPXXJ2 backplanes include the signal bussingnecessary to implement the workstation P2 bus.BPXXJ3 backplanes implement the workstation system's power/ground feedconvention for J3. When used in conjunction with VMEbus J1 and J2backplanes, they form the 9U workstation configuration. Both J2 and J3backplanes use Microstrip and Stripline design to provide balancedimpedance of signals.VMEBP12J123 is a high-performance, 12-slot 9U backplane compatible withthe backplanes on SPARC-compatible workstation systems.
